You can request a full order cancellation free of cost as long as your package has not been handed over to the courier service.

If the order is already in transit, delivery charges may apply if you decline reception at your doorstep without valid defect reasons.

For canceled pre-paid orders, full refunds will be initiated via your original payment channel (bKash/Nagad/Card) within 1-3 working days.

  • Pre-Order Items: Specialized pre-order products cannot be canceled once production or international sourcing has been officially initiated.
  • Repeated Cancellations: We reserve the right to restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) options for accounts with high delivery rejection rates.
