Our team provides continuous notifications regarding processing, packaging, and dispatch milestones via SMS or WhatsApp.

As soon as stock arrives at our hub, pre-orders receive top-priority quality checks and express delivery dispatch.
Pre-Order Terms & Guidelines
- Booking Commitment: Once a pre-order is confirmed and sourcing begins, cancellations are generally not permitted unless delivery exceeds reasonable delay limits.
- Price Lock Guarantee: The price confirmed during your pre-order placement remains locked, protecting you from post-arrival market price increments.
- Return & Exchange Eligibility: Pre-order products can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition upon delivery.
- Stock Unavailability Refund: If sourcing fails due to unforeseen seasonal shortages, Onnesha will process a 100% full refund immediately.
