We strive to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to natural seasonal availability or packaging updates.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update product details without prior notice.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure digital payments. Orders may be canceled if payment verification fails.

Orders, Delivery & Returns

Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is processed or upon dispatch for COD orders.
Delivery: We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated timelines are approximate and subject to carrier conditions. Customers must supply accurate shipping details.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
